Plot: Lieutenant George tells the story of an army officer who is tricked into bedding a mystery woman in order to save the fortunes of a wealthy family. Unbeknown to the soldier is the fact that he has fathered a child, now ignored by her mother for being born out of wedlock and in absolute secrecy. On a whim he decides to leave the army and revisit the town of that fateful encounter and slowly begins to unravel the mystery.
